Softball has always been a passion of mine. I loved it from the first time I played when I was only 4 years old. Because I am from such a small town, I was always laughed at when I said I wanted to play for a D1 school, until I committed and signed with The University of Tennessee. I worked more than anyone knew or saw, and because of this, I was able to achieve my dream. I had to work twice as hard and had to promote myself more than everyone else I played with because of where I lived. I gained many accolades and achievements during my career because of the work that I put in, and was able to live my dream of playing for the Tennessee Lady Volunteers.

I am beyond excited to be able to give back to the sport that has given so much to me. Softball can take you anywhere that you want to go as long as you are dedicated and willing to put in the work. I know the level of commitment that it takes to play at the highest level there is in softball, and I want to instill this mindset in all the softball girls that I work with.
